Objectives The aim of the microfiltration is to replace, on the raw vinegar, all the traditional clarification operations (collage, decantation, diatoms filtration, plates and polymer membranes).
TAMI's solution

During the separation, the product is fractionated into two streams:

– a filtrate, which is exempt from suspended matters.
– a concentrate, which contains ~ 95 % of suspended matters.

– No addition of chemicals.
