Objetivos	Simplify the traditional process for the clarification of the apple juice.
La solución TAMI	Micro or ultrafiltration ceramic membrane INSIDE CéRAM™ allows the clarification of apple juice by the replacement of classical coagulation and dead end filtration steps. The filtration splits the juice into two parts: – a clear juice (the permeate) for bottling or concentration. – a retentate with less than 3 % of the initial volume.
Beneficios	– Increase the yield of clarification (97 % for this process against 90 for the classical process). -Removal of traditional dead end filtration unit. – Reduction of consumption of products (enzyme, diatomic earth, and cellulose plates).
